Delivery Schedule:
All of our boxes are shipped at the start of each season, 4 times a year:
- Spring Box: April 1st
- Summer Box: July 1st
- Fall Box: October 1st
- Winter Box: January 1st
Deadlines to place your One-Time Box order is on the 15th of the previous month (March 15th for Spring Box, June 15th for Summer Box, and so on).

Step 2: Complete your order
Step 3: Receive a welcome email with all the details you need.
Step 4: Sit back, relax, and wait for our pretty pink box to be delivered to your doorstep. Our box is a simple pink box with the letter "a" in front of it so you can rest assured no one else needs to know.
P.S.: Display photos are examples of possible lingeries that we include in our boxes. We can't guarantee availability of specific lingerie items due to seasonal collections of each brand.
FAQ
1. How do you manage cancellations?
We believe that you should have full control on your lingerie and sleepwear delivery according to your needs. That's why cancelling and skipping delivery options are made available and easy for every Aurelia client.
To cancel: simply log in to your account and select Cancel Subscription. Cancelling subscription must be done by the 14th of the month or 15 days before your next delivery.
Please note that once cancelled, any discount and savings you might have will also be cancelled. If in the future you wish to resume subscription, your previous savings will not be applied.
2. Can I skip delivery for this Season?
Yes you can. Just login to your account, click on "Delivery Schedule" from the menu. Then, select "Skip" beside the next order detail. When a delivery is skipped, you won't be charged for it.
This is an ideal option if you want to keep any savings and discounts you've applied but wish to skip delivery for certain season.
3. What is the shipment schedule like?
We ship 4 times a year at the beginning of each season:
Spring Box: April 1st
Summer Box: July 1st
Fall Box: October 1st
Winter Box: January 1st

I ordered this to see if I liked it enough for the seasonal box. I have subscribed for the seasonal box. My stylist was amazing and was really thorough with sizing. I’m considered plus size (my words not theirs) and everything fit well and it Is all so comfy. It looks too nice to be comfortable but it is very comfortable good quality. I’m so happy I tried this.
I chose the one time curated box. I've been eyeing Aurelia for some time as I wanted to try a Canadian lingerie subscription service. The quiz was fun, and my stylist Laura M messaged me right away and answered my questions.
