Subscription Boxes - Cancellation

While we're sad to see you go, we believe in giving you the full control of your delivery and subscription. As such, cancelling our service is simply one click away, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel, simply head over to your Account page and select "Manage Subscription". You can find "Cancel" in the subscription menu.

Cancellation has to be done by the 15th of the month as we prepare our inventory according to your sizes two weeks before we send them. We process your payment on the 16th of the month for the following delivery. If you have secured a discounted price and wish to cancel, we can't guarantee similar price if you wish to rejoin.

 

Subscription Boxes - Skipping

If you wish to NOT receive our curated boxes for certain seasons but wish to keep your subscription price, we suggest to skip delivery. We won't charge you for the seasonal box you wish to skip and if you have signed up for discounted price, you won't lose your special pricing. Simply sign in to your Account page and select "Manage Subscription". You can find "Skip" in the Subscription menu.

  


Exchanges

Stylist-Curated Boxes:

We always strive to curate your box based on your Style Quiz result. However, if any of the item doesn't fit you well, don't worry. You have 7 days from the time the box has been delivered to your address to let your stylist know if you'd like an exchange.

Once we've confirmed the reason with you, we will send you a prepaid return label that you can use to return the item to us. 

Once the item has been received by us and checked for completeness, we will send you a replacement item.

Please note that we only accept item that are unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original label attached. 

Aurelia's Archive:

All Aurelia's Archive pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Refunds

Stylist-Curated Boxes:

All subscription box charges are final. If you’d like to skip or cancel your upcoming subscription, simply sign in to your Account page and select “Manage Subscription.” From there, you’ll find both “Skip” and “Cancel” options under the Subscription menu.

Please note: Cancellations must be made before your payment is processed to take effect for the upcoming box. 

For example, if your Spring Box payment is processed on March 15th and you cancel on March 16th, your Spring Box will still be shipped and considered your final box. However, if you cancel before March 15th, you won’t be charged and your subscription will be canceled from that day onward.

In the rare event that a package is declared lost by our shipping partners, we’re happy to send a replacement box. However, if there is Proof of Delivery on file, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

Aurelia's Archive:

All Aurelia's Archive pieces are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
