Step 2: Complete your order. Please ensure that the shipping address is your gift recipient's address and billing address is your address.

Step 3: Sit back, relax, and wait for our pretty pink box to be delivered to your gift recipient's doorstep

FAQ

1. What happens if one of the items that was sent to me doesn't fit me?

We always strive to curate your box based on your Style Quiz result. However, if any of the item doesn't fit you well, we allow for adjustments. You have 7 days from the time the box has been delivered to your address to let your stylist know if you'd like an exchange. Your stylist will work with you to ensure your next box would fit better. 

2. How do you manage cancellations?

We believe that you should have full control of your lingerie and sleepwear delivery, according to your needs. That's why cancelling and skipping delivery options are made available and easy for every Aurelia client.

To cancel: simply log in to your account and select Cancel Subscription. Cancelling subscription must be done by the 15th of the month or 15 days before your next delivery. 

Please note that once cancelled, any discount and savings you might have will also be cancelled. If in the future you wish to resume subscription, your previous savings will not be applied. 

3. Can I skip delivery for this month?

Yes you can. Just login to your account, click on "Manage orders" on the bottom right corner and navigate to "Subscription". Then, select "Skip" beside the next order detail. When a delivery is skipped, you won't be charged for it.

This is an ideal option if you want to keep any savings and discounts you've applied but wish to skip delivery only for certain months. 

4. What is the difference between Monthly and Seasonal Lingerie Box?

Monthly Lingerie Box is curated and delivered every month, whereas Seasonal Lingerie Box is curated and delivered every 3 months. With both packages, you'll get a dedicated stylist, premium brands' collections, curated styles, Bra Fitting Kit, and free shipping.

5. What is the shipment schedule like?

Your first box will be curated and shipped 2 weeks after you've completed your order. With Monthly Lingerie Box, your subsequent boxes will be shipped on the first of each month. With Seasonal Lingerie Box, your subsequent boxes will be shipped every 3 months, on the first of the month. 

Example:

You made a purchase on May 2nd

Your first box will be shipped on May 18th

For Monthly Lingerie Box, subsequent boxes will be shipped on June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, and so on

For Seasonal Lingerie Box, subsequent boxes will be shipped on August 1st, November 1st, February 1st, and so on.
