Managing Your Subscription
While we're sad to see you go, we believe in giving you the full control of your delivery and subscription. As such, cancelling our service is simply one click away, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel, simply head over to your Account page and select "Manage Subscription". You can find "Cancel" in the subscription menu.
Cancellation has to be done by the 15th of the month as we prepare our inventory according to your sizes two weeks before we send them. We process your payment on the 16th of the month for the following delivery. If you have secured a discounted price and wish to cancel, we can't guarantee similar price if you wish to rejoin.
If you wish to NOT receive our curated boxes for certain months but wish to keep your subscription price, we suggest to skip delivery. We won't charge you for the months you wish to skip and if you have signed up for discounted price, you won't lose your special pricing. Simply sign in to your Account page and select "Manage Subscription". You can find "Skip" in the Subscription menu.
All charges are final. Should you wish to skip or cancel the following month's subscription, please sign in to your Account page and select "Manage Subscription". You can find "Skip" and "Cancel" in the Subscription menu.

In the case where a package was deemed to be lost by our shipping partners, we will gladly replace the box. However, no refunds will be issued and no new box will be shipped if there is Proof of Delivery from our shipping partners.
We always strive to curate your box based on your Style Quiz result. However, if any of the item doesn't fit you well, don't worry. You have 7 days from the time the box has been delivered to your address to let your stylist know if you'd like an exchange.
Once we've confirmed the reason with you, we will send you a prepaid return label that you can use to return the item to us.
Once the item has been received by us and checked for completeness, we will send you a replacement item.
Please note that we only accept item that are unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original label attached.
**This policy does not apply to special boxes with reduced price, such as the Naughty and Nice Box and the Valentine's Special Box**
All shipping for addresses located in Canada, US, and UK are included with your purchase.
We ship to Australia and Mexico for a fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for our boxes and replacement items to reach you, may vary.
